Return Policy – Damage Policy – Warranty – Product Use

We believe in the quality of our products so much, we want to assure you that if you are dissatisfied, Awakening Water, LLC will issue you a 100% refund of your purchase price. We’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

• For Water by Awakening, please email service@awakeningwater.com to request a “Return Item” process slip. You must make the request within 7 days of your date of purchase.  Please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used.
• If your “Premium” or “Active” water bottle was received damaged, return in its original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If there was some error on our part, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you insure all return bottles and use a trackable shipping method as refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged or lost during the return process.
• For the “Premium” Glass Water bottle purchases, please consider purchasing the replacement plan to cover any mishaps that may occur. For bottles beyond Awakening Water, LLC’s 7-day return policy, but within 1 year of purchase, Awakening Water, LLC offers a new one time replacement bottle per replacement plan. If you purchase the replacement plan, Awakening Water, LLC will send a prepaid shipping envelope to return the damaged bottle.
• Items are not returnable if shipped internationally.

Water by Awakening Product Use 

Water by Awakening (if not consumed immediately) should be refrigerated.  For best taste, only use a – clean sanitized container – with a tight fitting lid.  Best if consumed within 3 days.

“Premium” Glass Water Bottle Use

The bottom line:  Our glass water bottle is cold, heat and impact resistant.  It is breakable, but if it does break, it will not break into small pieces like tempered glass but instead into larger pieces.  Intended use is for the individual who wants that look of distinction and quality that “defines style.”   Use and care should be similar to that of a smartphone (also made with a glass screen).  And like the cell phone, to protect yourself please consider purchasing the replacement plan to cover any mishaps that may occur to protect your bottle.

“Active” Water Bottle Use

“Every day active” is a vacuum insulated stainless steel, more durable water bottle, more durable water bottle.  Intended use is for the individual who wants the peace of mind to just grab and go.
